★ STAY SICK present a night of SURF, GARAGE & PSYCH! ★
With their black and white striped turtleneck sweaters, Vox and Mosrite guitars and sunglasses they'll absorb you into a timewarp to the garage-carnaval of the mid 60s. Expect garage-punk surf fuzz-buzz with organ that'll take turn with reverb drenched surf instrumentals.
From Cagliari, on the south coast of Sardinia the Hangee V started out in 2003 as a five piece band, hence their name, with the stated purpose to playing their favourite music, sixties garage punk and obscure instrumental surf. In these years they had a lot of gigs around Italy and in some state of Europe, in clubs and festivals like Festival Beat , Teenage Attack Festival, Booze Party, Surferjoe Summer Festival, Go Sinner Go, Primitive Festival, Prickly Peabowls, Blast from the Past and more.
After several changes in the lineup nowadays they are 4: Piergiorgio, voice and guitar, Marcello guitar and organ, Alessandra on drums, and Dave (Davide) on bass.
Ladies and mentalmen, THE HANGEE V!!!!

Formed in 2002 by ex Vibrasonic member Simon Jones from England, Hiromi Jones from Japan & Andrew Bowler from Wales, they have released 4 albums of their unique, out of this world Instrumental Sounds.
Influenced by Instrumental groups of the 1960's, Psychedelic Sounds, Rock 'N' Roll, Country, Japanese Eleki bands & Group Sound does anyone care more about their craft than The Space Agency, I sincerely doubt it!!!

★ Expect your usual dose of all things delinquent BUT with added Rumble!
PLAYING LIVE: Oooo lordy, it's…..
Lured together on an inherent mission to rattle the cobwebs from Rock'n'Roll, THE CAEZARS formed their teenage assault (or insult?) on music in the Summer of 2009, and have since flourished to stray across the borders of Spain; France; Italy; Holland; Sweden; Switzerland and the United States of America.
Timed by Sir Mikey Crowley, back-boned by one Steve Neller, thrashed out by Tim Harrison, thundered through by our Danny "O", and presented through the miscreant jaw of Mister AJ Denning; find THE CAEZARS before they find you. Comprendere?

You know what? After a night of cheap beer, black sambuca, bourbon, hot rockin' tunes and drunk dancing I need a bit of music to restore my soul as I pitifully suck on a Bloody Mary and hang my head in shame.
Here's my perfect mix for lazy Sunday mornings, so grab a greasy bacon butty, a healthy dose of hair of the dog and listen to my restorative mix of popcorn soul slowies and I will see you next time.
The Zipheads hail from St Albans UK, originally a punk band, they began playing Rock'n'Roll covers as The Runaway Boys in every pub and town hall in the south east, before reverting back to the Zipheads moniker and penning their own rockabilly and punk influenced material, recording their first EP in 2008.
I don't know about you, but I gotta get me some of those shades!!!
★ Not to mention, if you missed our LUX INTERIOR TRIBUTE NIGHT at The St James on the 4th then here's your chance to catch up on all things CRAMPED as we will be spinning an extra healthy dose of all things CRAMPS all night long!!!
★ PLUS your favourite STAY SICK Dee Jays will also be spinnin' boppin' n rockin' blues, R&R, 60s garage, surf, sleazy instros and more!!!

★ ★ ★ HO HO HO, YES IT'S A SICK SICK WORLD... ★ ★ ★
Welcome to our STAY SICK CHRISTMESS SPECIAL!
★ A white bearded, Bad Santa, mince pie scoffing night of wild, weird, delinquent filthy fifties & sicksties rock 'n' roll to dance ya feet to the bone to.
PLAYING LIVE..... two veterans of STAY SICK as well as being two of our favourite bands, yes it's...
'THE DIRTIEST, CRAZIEST ROCK'N'ROLL BAND OUT THERE, YOU WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER LIKE THEM!!'... Apparently!!
“Rock’n’roll smells phony and false. It is sung, played and written for the most part by cretinous goons and by means of its almost imbecilic reiteration, and sly, lewd, in plain fact dirty lyrics ... it manages to be the martial music of every sideburned delinquent on the face of the earth.”
"Mojokings crawled out of the East Anglia region of the UK in summer 2007 to kick some life back into a very stagnant and predictable rockabilly scene.
Mixing 50s flash with borrowed riffs and chops from, The Who, Small Faces, The Sonics (to name a few of their early influences), The band have gained great popularity in the UK’s rockabilly scene and also found success in Europe and Japan, as well as sales in Australia and the USA. The live shows were getting wilder and sweatier and the band never failed to whip crowds into a frenzy and blow the stage where ever they played.
Paul's guitar sound gives a nod to the nasty side of 50’s rock’n’roll. The kind of rock’n’roll that made teenagers riot, juvenile gangs declare war with one another, and what made preachers and parents believe the Devil himself was coming to get you!! Add to this Olly's powerhouse punk rock star drumming, double kick drums thundering through your soul and Rich Shakeouts double bass slapping that shows no mercy for the bitch he holds in his hands… and we think we got something…."
★ ★ ★ THE WITCHDOKTORS ★ ★ ★
Kicking the world's ass one day at a time!
Deep in the darkest vaults of South London, THE WITCHDOKTORS have been honing their SuperPunkRock sound and shows, drawing on their 70s punk upbringing (Ramones, Clash, Pistols, Damned etc) and adding a good ol' full measure of trashy rock'n'roll-a-billy, a dash of 60s Psyche-Out Garage, a bitter twist of cuntry and whizzing it all up with some godamming loud geetars our special brand of thunderous drums!
After 4 albums, a fistfull of singles plus hundreds of shows with like minded souls e.g. The Damned, The Revillos, The Fleshtones, Woggles, Phantom Surfers, The Saints, ? and the Mysterions, Man or Astroman?, Dogs D'Amour, Vince Ray and more recently The Polecats, The Germs, Macavity's Cat, they're fired up on high octane again and are out there gigging to promote their new album $3 Hooker (distribution to retail stores by those nice people at www.fortedistribution.co.uk).
Wanna feel like The WitchDoktors? Then getchersome comic books, catch some horror flicks, drink a bar dry, sling on some inkwork, fire up the hotrod and thank your lucky stars that you can relax in the safety of your own paranoia - You KNOW it makes sense!
Artists they dig include...
WHAT A DOUBLE BILL!!!
★ NOTE: LIVE MUSIC WILL START EARLIER THAN USUAL TO ACCOMMODATE BOTH BANDS. GET THERE EARLY!
★ PLUS your favourite STAY SICK Dee Jays will also be spinnin' boppin' n rockin' blues, R&R, 60s garage, surf, sleazy instros and a healthy dose of all things CRAMPS all night long!!!
★ See all youze weird and wyld ones there! x
